About these terms
These terms cover using this website. They are separate from the terms of any road maintenance, surfacing, plant hire, transport or Mobile Service contract, which are agreed directly with Izanolihle Roads (Pty) Ltd once a job is scoped.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A quote is binding only when it is issued in writing and accepted. Service descriptions and plant shown on this site are general; scope, availability and price are confirmed per job, usually after a site visit.
Procurement information
The information on this site and in our capability statement describes the company. It is not a substitute for the documents a tender requires and does not by itself establish eligibility for any contract.
Photographs and content
The photographs and text on this site belong to Izanolihle Roads unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.
