Cut and prime
First patch cut to straight edges, cleaned and coated with tack coat.
Traffic held
A flagman controls traffic past the work while the lane is closed.
Second patch filled
The tipper discharges straight into the second patch; the crew spreads by shovel.
Finished
The second patch finished flush with the road, boards and flagman still in place.

Scope
We read the specification or visit the site, and agree the quantities, materials and dates in writing.

Set out
Traffic accommodation is placed before work starts: warning signs, cones or barriers, and a flagman where one lane stays open.
- 03
Execute
Work goes lane by lane with our own crew and plant. Each stage is photographed as it happens.
- 04
Hand back
The surface is compacted and finished, the site is cleared, signage comes in last, and the client gets the dated photo record.
